It wasn't that easy to use so I forgot about it for a while. Recently I decided to give it another go and it told me I was a "Registered User" but then shut the software down because I needed to "re-register". So I contact "Bob", the author, and he tells me I need to pay more money to use the software. I tell him that when I paid my money, there was no "yearly fee" for updates just so I can continue to use the software. His reply was, paraphrased, "well, now there is, and that's the way it is." So, he has my money and I have a piece of software I can't use, and he doesn't care. I don't care if AuctionSleuth is the best software out there (fortunately, it's not), I won't be paying one more cent for it. | | | |
