| Comments: Difficult to navigate the site. Poor instructions, some features are free and some required "points" to buy. No replies to any email inquiries. Example: Sales analysis requires points to buy -- per eBay transaction. How many points does one need to buy to get a full year's transactions? What if you are 1 point short? Vague and misleading.
