| Comments: My company used Andale for 6 months and had the worst experience I have ever personally had to deal with in a software provider. We had our software down over 26 days in a 6-7 month period. Customer support which we paid for monthly was non existant. At oone point they didnt take support calls for nearly a week due to their inability to get their system up and didnt want to deal with complaints and unhappy customers. We like a lot of subscribers were not only paying hundreds each month for our service but we were losing money by not being able to post listings or obtain images in our hosting account.
